• Management and development of employees, including deployment planning, information, qualification and motivation
• Ensuring the cleaning organisation in accordance with daily and annual schedules in coordination with the responsible departments
• Responsibility for the cleanliness and hygiene of offices, cloakrooms, common rooms and the cleaning of company clothing
• Optimising work processes with regard to efficiency, quality, cleanliness and occupational safety
• Adherence to the budget in the management area and sustainable use of cleaning agents and disinfectants
• Responsibility for safety in the entire area of responsibility
