Your tasks
- Carrying out quality checks on finished products (e.g. cut, weight, appearance, odour)
- Checking the success of cleaning and disinfection
- Hygiene checks during operation
- Checking operational hygiene
- Training colleagues on hygiene and quality
- Monitoring of production processes with regard to compliance with hygiene regulations, recipes and process parameters.
- Carrying out visual inspections and measurements.
- Identifying and reporting deviations.
- Providing the working chemistry on washing systems
- Supporting root cause analysis and the development of corrective measures.
- Documenting the results
- Creation and maintenance of quality control protocols, reports and documents
