Your tasks

  • Carrying out quality checks on finished products (e.g. cut, weight, appearance, odour)
  • Checking the success of cleaning and disinfection
  • Hygiene checks during operation
  • Checking operational hygiene
  • Training colleagues on hygiene and quality
  • Monitoring of production processes with regard to compliance with hygiene regulations, recipes and process parameters.
  • Carrying out visual inspections and measurements.
  • Identifying and reporting deviations.
  • Providing the working chemistry on washing systems
  • Supporting root cause analysis and the development of corrective measures.
  • Documenting the results
  • Creation and maintenance of quality control protocols, reports and documents
