Your tasks

• Planning, organization and implementation of events and barbecues including personnel and material deployment
• Responsibility for the barbecue trolley and all event equipment (maintenance, transportation, set-up and dismantling).
• On-site coordination with customers and team members, ensuring that everything runs smoothly
• Compliance with the hygiene, safety and quality regulations of Bell Schweiz AG
• Administrative tasks (form management, reporting)
• Deputizing for the head of the event and barbecue team
