Your tasks
- Maintaining and developing the QM systems and monitoring personnel, operational and process hygiene
- Collaborating on internal and external audits and carrying out training courses (e.g. hygiene Hygiene, food defense, occupational safety)
- Carrying out contact samples, Hygiene and stage controls as well as organizing and evaluating analytical results
- Initiating corrective measures and supporting the error reporting system
- Organizing the weekly tasting and maintaining QM-relevant master data
- Officer for pest monitoring and collaboration in projects
- Ensuring a smooth exchange of information with QM management and production
