Your tasks

  • Maintaining and developing the QM systems and monitoring personnel, operational and process hygiene
  • Collaborating on internal and external audits and carrying out training courses (e.g. hygiene Hygiene, food defense, occupational safety)
  • Carrying out contact samples, Hygiene and stage controls as well as organizing and evaluating analytical results
  • Initiating corrective measures and supporting the error reporting system
  • Organizing the weekly tasting and maintaining QM-relevant master data
  • Officer for pest monitoring and collaboration in projects
  • Ensuring a smooth exchange of information with QM management and production
