  • Processing end consumer inquiries and complaints and forwarding them to the relevant departments to initiate corrective measures
  • Taking telephone calls from end consumer complaints
  • Evaluating complaints and preparing reports
  • Processing laboratory samples, Assessment and forwarding of results
  • Conducting tastings and reserve sample management
  • Communication and coordination with all areas affected by the processes in the QM area of responsibility
  • General processing in the administration/laboratory area
