Your tasks
- Pilot the quality management department (2 employees) in line with strategic objectives and legal requirements
- Guarantee quality system compliance (IFS, HACCP, legal standards, labels) and ensure continuous improvement
- Plan and carry out internal and external audits, as well as on-site inspections.
- Organize and monitor hygiene and food safety controls at all stages of production
- Maintain and update quality documentation (SharePoint/IQ-Soft) and master data
- Manage complaints, non-conformances and quality incidents, with follow-up of corrective actions
- Implement and deliver hygiene training and raise employee awareness
- Manage sampling and analysis in coordination with the relevant departments
- Maintain smooth communication with management, production and Charcuterie merchandise group managers
- Collaborate on projects
- Support and replace the Quality Manager at another Bell Group site
