Your tasks

  • Pilot the quality management department (2 employees) in line with strategic objectives and legal requirements
  • Guarantee quality system compliance (IFS, HACCP, legal standards, labels) and ensure continuous improvement
  • Plan and carry out internal and external audits, as well as on-site inspections.
  • Organize and monitor hygiene and food safety controls at all stages of production
  • Maintain and update quality documentation (SharePoint/IQ-Soft) and master data
  • Manage complaints, non-conformances and quality incidents, with follow-up of corrective actions
  • Implement and deliver hygiene training and raise employee awareness
  • Manage sampling and analysis in coordination with the relevant departments
  • Maintain smooth communication with management, production and Charcuterie merchandise group managers
  • Collaborate on projects
  • Support and replace the Quality Manager at another Bell Group site
