Your tasks
- Maintaining the quality management system (through internal audits, plant tours, statistical evaluations, microbiological samples)
- Preparing and conducting external certification and control audits
- Processing customer complaints
- Conducting hygiene and stage inspections
- Creating, Planning and carrying out hygiene training
- Drawing up test plans, assessing the results and deriving measures
- Working on declarations in accordance with applicable law and guidelines
- Managing and working on projects
