Your tasks
- Execute active telephone sales including selling off overages
- Support the assigned customer portfolio
- Execute efficient order processing
- Administrative work such as returns, credit notes and error messages
- Control, and maintaining internal and external action plans
- Monitoring and implementing customer agreements
- Taking action in the event of outstanding receivables from your assigned customers
- Monitoring stock levels and planning goods accordingly
