Your tasks

  • During your very practical training, you will learn how to professionally bone and dress the individual cuts of beef, veal and pork. You will cut the pieces of meat according to the order, Packing and storing them. Or you process them into charcuterie products. You will also set up the machines and adjust the programmes. Finally, you will support your team in other various production processes.
  • Once you have successfully completed your training, you can acquire a shortened basic training programme as an EFZ meat specialist.
