Your tasks
- Leadership, management, training and integration of Poussoir/Fumoir staff (approx. 20-25 people)
- Planning and organization of daily work according to production needs
- Responsibility for achieving objectives in terms of volume, quality and costs
- Respect for recipes, production standards, product weights and lengths
- Monitoring and compliance with manufacturing processes (embossing, cooking, smoking)
- Guaranteeing compliance with quality, safety and hygiene standards
- Proactive management of finished/semi-finished product inventories and input into SAP
- Participation in the implementation, monitoring and continuous improvement of quality and safety standards
- Active participation in continuous improvement (TopX)
