Your tasks

  • Leadership, management, training and integration of Poussoir/Fumoir staff (approx. 20-25 people)
  • Planning and organization of daily work according to production needs
  • Responsibility for achieving objectives in terms of volume, quality and costs
  • Respect for recipes, production standards, product weights and lengths
  • Monitoring and compliance with manufacturing processes (embossing, cooking, smoking)
  • Guaranteeing compliance with quality, safety and hygiene standards
  • Proactive management of finished/semi-finished product inventories and input into SAP
  • Participation in the implementation, monitoring and continuous improvement of quality and safety standards
  • Active participation in continuous improvement (TopX)
