Your tasks

• Supporting the electrical engineering team leader with administrative work. (orders, order processing and document filing in SAP, filing safety certificates, schematics)
• Collaboration in the maintenance, fault and on-call service in the electrical engineering department
• Supporting employees in technical matters during operation
• Ensuring quick troubleshooting and implementation of upcoming maintenance work.
• Managing the electrical engineering department in the absence of the electrical engineering team leader.
• Maintaining contact with external service providers and suppliers and organizing and coordinating their assignments.
• Active collaboration with the other departments of the Basel Head Office Technology division.
• Collaborating on periodic inspections of low-voltage electrical installations in accordance with NIV.
• Organizing and supporting the periodic inspection and maintenance of MV stations.
• Takes responsibility for occupational safety in his/her area of responsibility.
• Responsible for the establishment and further development of TOP X in the area of responsibility
