Would you like to help shape Ricola’s financial direction and use controlling to identify and realise opportunities to increase value and improve margins? As Vice President Controlling, you will report directly to the CFO. You will provide transparency and sound insights for decision-making, helping management develop Ricola sustainably and profitably. Together with your team, you will shape the future of our Controlling function, combining financial excellence with a deep understanding of our business.

• As a key sparring partner to the CFO, CEO and Group Management, you bring a financial perspective to strategic decisions and actively help put them into action
• You oversee financial steering across the Ricola Group and work with management to define targeted measures that improve growth, profitability and cash flow. In doing so, you make a significant contribution to delivering our business strategy
• You lead our global planning, budgeting and forecasting processes and continuously improve them
• Together with our business teams, you identify opportunities for profitable growth and greater efficiency, while further developing our performance management
• You advance our Finance Operating Model and lead the transformation of Controlling into a data-driven business partner function supported by automation and AI
• You support strategic investment decisions and ensure resources are allocated to create value across all business areas
• Working with the relevant teams and using our data lake, you ensure a reliable, consistent basis for our financial and business metrics
• You lead and develop your Controlling team, fostering ownership, collaboration and continuous growth

How well-versed are you in these areas?

• A university degree in business administration with a focus on finance or controlling, or comparable education and professional training
• Extensive experience in a senior finance, controlling or business partnering role, ideally in an international FMCG environment
• A strong understanding of the key value drivers of a manufacturing company, with experience managing profitability, product costs and performance
• Several years of leadership experience and a passion for developing and empowering people to achieve ambitious goals together
• Strong analytical and commercial thinking, with the ability to grasp complex issues quickly and turn them into clear priorities
• Credibility and confidence when working with executive management, the Board of Directors and international stakeholders
• Proven experience implementing change and transformation initiatives in finance
• Strategic vision combined with a hands-on approach: you shape decisions, take ownership and get involved when needed
• Knowledge of SAP CO, Power BI and Jedox is an advantage
• Excellent written and spoken German and English (at least C1 level)
