We’re looking for a Senior Key Account Manager Duty Free & Travel Retail Europe to infuse our Travel Retail business with new energy and ideas. Ideally based in Germany or France, you’ll grow something great – planting seeds of success in Europe's busiest airports and watching Ricola bloom.

• Expand Ricola’s presence in major European airports
• Secure new listings and grow distribution with key Travel Retail partners
• Lead strategic negotiations and drive long-term, profitable relationships
• Develop engaging marketing activations that catch travelers’ eyes and hearts
• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, supply chain, finance) for smooth execution
• Analyze performance, draw insights, and fine-tune strategies
• Be Ricola’s face at key industry events, building strong partnerships and spotting new opportunities

You’ve got the drive, the network, and the instinct to turn every airport into a Ricola success story.

• 5+ years of experience in Travel Retail, Key Account Management, or FMCG sales
• Proven success with airport retailers and duty-free operators
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s is a plus)
• Fluent in English; German and other languages are a bonus
• Confident negotiator, clear communicator, and strategic thinker
• Self-starter with entrepreneurial spirit and a hands-on attitude
• Willingness to travel across Europe (up to 50%) – and love every mile of it
