Lentl was founded in 2025 by Sien van Boven with the vision to make lentils a staple in Western diets (again). Why lentils? Because they are one of the world’s most sustainable foods. We give them the spotlight they deserve by creating delicious and nutritious products, all powered by lentils. Our products are natural, organic, and gluten-free, with a short list of ingredients that people recognize.
