Then an ICT Specialist (FZ) apprenticeship at Hilcona offers you an exciting introduction to the digital world of work. During your three-year apprenticeship, you’ll learn how to set up ICT workstations, support users and analyse technical faults. In doing so, you’ll combine your technical interest with strong communication skills and a solution-oriented approach.

Your tasks
- You will install, configure and maintain ICT workstations
- You assist staff with queries regarding hardware and software
- You analyse and resolve technical faults
- You set up user accounts, devices and access rights
- You assist with the administration and maintenance of ICT systems
- You install applications and carry out updates
- You will document solutions, workflows and support cases
- You will learn the principles of networks, operating systems and IT security
- You will work alongside internal and external ICT specialists
