Would you like to do more than just support HR – would you like to play an active role in shaping it? Due to an internal promotion, we are looking for a committed individual to join our HR team in the Supply Chain as an HR Business Partner (60–70%), who will provide expert support, advice and development to our on-site teams. With us, you’ll combine strategic HR work with hands-on involvement in the business – and, through your efforts, help ensure that our fresh convenience products enrich the daily lives of many people.

Your tasks

  • Advice and support for managers throughout the employee life cycle
  • Identifying staffing requirements and assisting with the recruitment of new staff
  • Promoting staff development through targeted training and development measures
  • Support with the implementation of change management processes
  • Analysing HR metrics and deriving recommendations for action
  • Ensuring compliance with employment law requirements and company policies

What you bring with you

  • A degree in Human resources, a business background or a comparable qualification
  • Several years’ professional experience in HR, ideally as an HR Business Partner in an industrial setting
  • A passion for supporting staff and managers within an industrial organisation
  • In-depth knowledge of employment and social security law
  • Excellent communication and advisory skills, and the ability to solve complex problems
  • A team-oriented and proactive approach to work
