Your tasks
- Professional assessment and classification of items in accordance with cutting specifications
- Independent data entry on the computer in accordance with the plan
- Assisting in ensuring complete traceability
- Compliance with process, quality and hygiene regulations
What you bring with you
- Completed basic training as a meat specialist (EFZ/EBA), chef or similar would be an advantage
- Experience in handling food and a strong awareness of quality and hygiene
- Flexibility regarding working hours and the ability to work comfortably in cool temperatures
- Good command of German
- Good physical fitness and the ability to work independently and efficiently
- Technical understanding of how to operate the equipment
