Your tasks

  • You will lead our Supply Chain HR team in both technical and personnel matters and work to develop it continuously.
  • You will advise and support managers on all HR matters throughout the employee lifecycle.
  • You will support our staff in a spirit of trust, with a focus on finding solutions and on an equal footing.
  • You will ensure compliance with labour law requirements and provide support on matters relating to employment and social security law.
  • You will facilitate change processes and support managers with organisational developments.
  • You will coordinate and implement measures within the workplace health management programme and contribute your own ideas.

What you bring with you

  • A degree with a specialisation in Human resources or a comparable qualification.
  • Several years’ experience in HR, ideally as an HR Business Partner in an industrial setting.
  • In-depth knowledge of employment and social security law.
  • A passion for working in partnership with managers and staff.
  • Strong advisory and communication skills, as well as a pragmatic and solution-oriented approach to work.
  • Initial leadership experience and the motivation to support and guide a team, and to achieve success together.
