Your tasks

  • Management of the Conveyor Technology Maintenance Team, including shift and absence planning, training and technical guidance
  • Maintenance, servicing and fault rectification on technical equipment
  • Carrying out technical inspections relating to health and safety at work
  • Sharing responsibility for reducing downtime and stoppages
  • Ensuring the procurement and availability of spare parts
  • Organising and coordinating external suppliers and fitters
  • Responsibility for comprehensive documentation and the management of work orders and feedback via our maintenance programme

What you bring with you

  • Completed basic technical training
  • Management experience in a similar role
  • Assertiveness, a solution-oriented approach and the ability to work well under pressure
  • Strong organisational skills, a team-oriented and proactive personality
  • No aversion to blood, strong odours or heights (up to 25 metres)
  • Good knowledge of MS Office programmes; knowledge of SAP would be an advantage
  • Very good command of written and spoken German
