Demand Planner

In our dynamic environment, you’ll be able to make full use of your analytics skills, taking charge of forward-looking sales planning for our product ranges across various sales channels, right through to forecasting demand for our ultra-fresh products on a daily basis. The focus of your role is on striking the optimal balance between customer satisfaction and minimising food waste. To achieve this, you’ll work closely with our sales and supply chain teams.

Your tasks

  • Creating, reviewing and adjusting the rolling demand forecast for a defined segment
  • Planning and monitoring promotional, seasonal and event volumes using the forecasting system
  • Planning of input and output evaluations
  • Evaluating and analysing KPIs
  • Proactively driving forward measures of sustainability and digital optimisation in the area of sales planning and forecasting
  • Taking on individual task packages within the S&OP process and supporting projects

What you bring with you

  • A commercial and technical or business management background with substantial professional experience in demand forecasting and/or production planning
  • Knowledge of ERP or planning systems and a good understanding of the end-to-end supply chain process
  • With your analytics skills and keen attention to detail, you love analysing data
  • Thanks to your strong problem-solving skills, you proactively engage with your internal and external contacts to work towards shared goals
  • You find further development in the field of S&OP – particularly with the increased use of AI – exciting
  • Knowledge of French would be an advantage
