Your tasks

  • You will manage a production facility with around 800 staff and ensure that production runs smoothly
  • You develop and implement strategies to optimise processes and ensure Quality assurance
  • You will motivate, support and lead your team to achieve the company’s objectives together
  • You are responsible for ensuring compliance with safety, hygiene and environmental standards
  • You bring departments together to drive innovation and increase efficiency

What you bring with you

  • You have completed a vocational training programme or a degree in food technology, Production or management
  • You are a motivating individual with strong organisational skills and the ability to get things done
  • You have a strong sense of responsibility and an eye for quality and safety
job.minimum_wage
The gross annual salary for this position is €70,000 (on a full-time basis); a higher salary may be offered depending on specific qualifications and experience.
