We are looking for a Shift Supervisor – Disassembly for our team. - Monitoring cutting depth and temperature of offal
- Ongoing quality control
- Drawing up shift and on-call rosters
- Training and induction of new staff
- Preparing cost calculations
- Compliance with hygiene guidelines
