Your tasks
- Independent planning and coordination of small construction sites, maintenance and projects
- Guidance, support and supervision of external tradespeople - from simple assignments to complex repairs
- Independently carrying out minor repair, assembly or painting work in and around the building
- Dedicated collaboration in gardening and environmental work as well as support with internal removals
- Efficient order management and documentation using in-house CAFM software (Computer-Aided Facility Management)
What you bring with you
- Completed basic technical training (e.g. carpenter, metalworker or similar)
- A broad range of technical and manual all-round knowledge
- Good MS Office skills
- Good written and spoken German (at least level C1)
- Organisational skills, initiative and a proactive, independent way of working
