You will manage marketing projects from the idea to market maturity, keeping an eye on the entire product life cycle. As the link between Sales, Marketing, Product Development and Production, you will bring projects to success in a structured, efficient and driven manner

Your tasks

  • You hold the reins and are responsible for our marketing projects in the sandwich sector (convenience channel Switzerland) from the initial idea to the successful market launch and controlling
  • You orchestrate product launches and roll-outs in your area of responsibility, keep budgets, timelines and resources under control at all times and set priorities with a clear focus on impact
  • You are the interface between product development, sales, supply chain and external agencies and ensure that everything works together perfectly
  • You design and realise creative product range activations - online and offline, from advertisements to social media in close coordination with your colleagues in the team
  • You create adverts and documents for sales to support them in implementing the relevant growth plans
  • You analyse the market and competition, identify trends at an early stage and derive specific growth potential from this, which flows into the creation of the business case
  • You ensure that CI/CD specifications, packaging adaptations and regulatory requirements of the food industry are properly implemented.

What you bring with you

  • Degree in marketing/business administration or a comparable qualification and at least 2 years of experience in marketing project management (ideally food, alternatively FMCG)
  • Experience in managing complex, cross-divisional projects and enjoy proactively driving topics forward
  • Structured, analytical and solution-oriented way of working combined with strong organisational and communication skills
  • Routine in working with external agencies as well as confident handling of MS Office and common project management tools
  • Fluent German, French an advantage, English a plus
  • High affinity for social media and a flair for effective marketing activities as well as initial experience in content creation
