Your tasks
- Supporting the shift supervisor in the Management and coordination of the production team
- Monitoring and execution of production processes in compliance with hygiene and quality standards
- Ensuring smooth shift operation
- Responsibility for material procurement in the responsible area
- Assisting with staff deployment planning and employee training
- Contact person for the team and production management on site
What you bring with you
- Training as a food technologist or similar, as well as experience in food production, ideally in a management position
- Knowledge of HACCP guidelines and hygiene standards
- Assertiveness and ability to work in a team
- Independent, structured and responsible way of working
- Flexibility and willingness to work shifts
- very good written and spoken German
