In this versatile junior position, you will support our Key Account Management in the retail sector and report directly to the Head of Sales Retail Switzerland. You will work closely with our Key Account Managers and the Competence Centres. The position is ideal on a part-time basis (60-80%), perfect for students, people returning to work or working parents who want to combine work and family flexibly.

Your tasks

  • Maintaining & expanding customer relationships - you are the point of contact for our retail partners and support exciting projects.
  • Keeping an eye on the market & trends - you analyse the market, competition and customers and share your insights with the team.
  • Understanding and managing figures - you monitor sales and profitability and provide support with targeted measures.
  • Manage teamwork & projects - you coordinate between customers, marketing, S&OP and agencies.
  • Supporting private label projects - from the idea to the realisation of Packing.

What you bring with you

  • Ongoing or completed studies (e.g. business administration) or completed commercial training with relevant professional experience, ideally in the food sector
  • Initial practical or internship experience in the retail or FMCG environment
  • Interest in retail, brands and trends
  • Analytics & structured way of working
  • Committed, communicative, team-orientated - you approach tasks proactively
