Your tasks

  • You will be responsible for the support of our defined dealer network in your region and consistently drive forward the targeted expansion of listings of Hilcona Foodservice products.
  • You ensure that our products are sustainably anchored on the menus of relevant end users in community catering and gastronomy, especially in the metropolitan areas of Stuttgart, Freiburg and Ulm - strategically, creatively and with a feel for the market.
  • You create sustainable growth for all Hilcona brands by acquiring new customers from large end users.
  • You manage and document retail and end-user projects and keep an eye on sales and earnings targets at all times.
  • You build up and actively maintain a personal, resilient network of decision-makers throughout the food service sector in your region - from retail and end users, Purchasing, Sales to Product Development, Kitchen and Menu Planning.
  • You inspire multipliers through practical training and plan and realise trade fairs, industry days and customer events with a high external impact.

What you bring with you

  • Food is your world: Whether you've trained, studied or practised - you're confident in the food and catering industry and have a real understanding of the market.
  • Business is your language: You can classify, analyse and translate figures, market mechanisms and trends into concrete measures.
  • Focus on regional key accounts: You have several years of experience in food service - ideally in supporting major regional customers and retailers and know your way around the urban centres in your region.
  • Analytics & strategy: You recognise potential, develop suitable approaches and implement them consistently in your region.
  • Communicative with impact: You inspire people, negotiate confidently and build relationships that really work.
  • Hands-on & team-orientated: You work independently, think in a solution-orientated way and value teamwork.
