Your tasks
- You ensure that our apprentices receive top training - practical, legally compliant and future-orientated
- You coordinate all apprenticeships and ensure uniform standards
- You coach our vocational and practical trainers and act as a sparring partner for their further development
- You are the central interface to authorities, vocational schools, parents and external partners
- You take on the recruitment of apprentices and strengthen our employer branding - whether at careers fairs or in schools
- You organise workshops, training courses and events for apprentices and vocational trainers
What you bring with you
- Basic commercial or technical training - or a degree with experience in vocational training
- SVEB 1 certificate and the vocational trainer course or willingness to complete both
- Several years of experience in vocational training and coaching young adults
- Knowledge of the CH/LI education landscape and ideally the KV Reform 2023
- IT affinity (e.g. MS Teams, Moodle) and an adequate command of the German language (min. C1)
- Your personality: communicative, assertive, decisive, team-orientated and quality-conscious.
