Demand Planner

In our dynamic environment, you can make full use of your analytical skills and take on the forward-looking sales planning of our product ranges in various sales channels through to the forecasting of our ultra-fresh products on a daily basis. The focus of your work is on achieving a maximum balance of customer satisfaction and avoiding food waste. To this end, you will be in close contact with our sales department and supply chain. The position is becoming vacant as our experienced colleague is taking early retirement.

Your tasks

  • Creating, reviewing and adjusting the rolling demand forecast for a defined product range
  • Planning and monitoring promotional, seasonal and event quantities with the forecasting system
  • Planning stock-in and stock-outs
  • Evaluating and analyzing KPIs
  • Proactively driving sustainable and digital optimization measures in the area of sales planning and forecasting
  • Taking on individual task packages in the S&OP process and supporting projects

What you bring with you

  • commercial/technical or business management background with sound professional experience in demand forecasting and/or production planning
  • Knowledge of ERP or IBP systems and a good understanding of the end-to-end supply chain process
  • With your analytical skills and high attention to detail, you love to analyze data
  • Thanks to your strong problem-solving skills, you proactively engage with your internal and external contacts to achieve common goals.
  • You find further development in the area of S&OP exciting.
