Your tasks

  • Actively shape security management: You develop and implement safety guidelines and concepts that meet legal requirements and our high standards.
  • Leadership: You will manage a safety specialist including technical responsibility for plant security and the internal emergency response organization.
  • Risk analysis and prevention: You carry out risk assessments, identify risks and initiate preventive measures to avoid accidents and incidents.
  • Training and awareness-raising: You plan and conduct internal training courses on occupational health and safety and raise the safety awareness of all employees.
  • Audits and inspections: You organize regular safety inspections, check compliance with regulations and accompany internal and external audits.
  • Integrate lean management: You use lean management methods to make safety processes more efficient and drive continuous improvement.
  • Interface management: You work closely with internal and external partners to implement safety standards holistically.

What you bring with you

  • Completed technical training with further training in occupational safety, safety management or similar
  • Several years of professional experience in occupational safety, ideally in a production or industrial environment
  • Sound knowledge of the relevant standards, legal regulations and guidelines
  • Experience with direct and indirect leadership
  • Strong communication and consulting skills as well as assertiveness
  • Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
