Your tasks
- Actively shape security management: You develop and implement safety guidelines and concepts that meet legal requirements and our high standards.
- Leadership: You will manage a safety specialist including technical responsibility for plant security and the internal emergency response organization.
- Risk analysis and prevention: You carry out risk assessments, identify risks and initiate preventive measures to avoid accidents and incidents.
- Training and awareness-raising: You plan and conduct internal training courses on occupational health and safety and raise the safety awareness of all employees.
- Audits and inspections: You organize regular safety inspections, check compliance with regulations and accompany internal and external audits.
- Integrate lean management: You use lean management methods to make safety processes more efficient and drive continuous improvement.
- Interface management: You work closely with internal and external partners to implement safety standards holistically.
What you bring with you
- Completed technical training with further training in occupational safety, safety management or similar
- Several years of professional experience in occupational safety, ideally in a production or industrial environment
- Sound knowledge of the relevant standards, legal regulations and guidelines
- Experience with direct and indirect leadership
- Strong communication and consulting skills as well as assertiveness
- Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
