Your tasks
- Question existing processes on site in production, analyze weak points and develop solutions that make an impact
- Optimize production and support processes and increase efficiency, quality and speed
- Identify deviations at an early stage based on daily KPIs and derive specific, sustainable improvement measures
- Support teams in implementing new processes and create clarity, structure and understanding
- Bring together the interests of the specialist departments and optimize the process chain holistically
- Measure and evaluate the success of your measures and use the findings for the next steps
What you bring with you
- Training and experience in the food industry
- Experience in the implementation of improvement projects, process optimization, lean management or similar
- A personality that looks, questions and actively drives change
- Analytical thinking, structured way of working and strong communication skills
- Confident handling of IT systems (such as MS Office, ERP, etc.)
