Your tasks
- Support & inspire end users: Identify the biggest customers per channel, build relationships at all levels and convince with suitable solutions and tastings
- Actively manage wholesalers: maintain your network, acquire new partners and develop them further together with retailers and our KAM team
- Represent Hilcona: Present our brand in regional networks, Erfa circles and at events
- Develop an area strategy: Create a business plan with a focus on growth areas, customer potential and channel strategies
What you bring with you
- You live in the Bavaria region
- You have completed commercial training or have a comparable qualification in the relevant field
- Experience in sales, ideally in the food service or FMCG sector
- Strong communication skills and a confident manner at all levels round off your profile
- Passion for culinary delights and customer enthusiasm are a matter of course for you
- You enjoy working in a lively, fresh environment, appreciate an independent way of working and are not afraid to question processes critically
