In this strategic role, you'll lead initiatives that shape how we develop leaders, grow talent, and build a learning culture across the Emmi Group. You'll be part of a small, agile team that works closely with HR and senior leadership to design impactful solutions for leadership development and succession planning. Your work will influence how we support leaders-from team leads to C-level-across our global organization.
What impact you can have
- Lead strategic initiatives that strengthen leadership development, talent growth, and succession planning across the Emmi Group.
- Design and implement tools and frameworks that empower leaders in their daily work and long-term growth.Inspire and coach leaders on learning, development, and career progression.
- Create innovative, target-group-specific learning and development offerings with real business impact.
- Facilitate workshops and collaborate with senior stakeholders to ensure alignment and engagement.
- Develop and roll out global standards for training and upskilling, ensuring consistency and relevance.
- Contribute to the evolution of Emmi's learning culture and shape our long-term strategy for leadership and talent development.
What you bring to the table
- Proven experience in leadership development, talent management, or organizational development (ideally in an international setting).
- Strong conceptual and facilitation skills, with the ability to translate strategy into actionable solutions.
- A passion for people development, learning culture, and future-focused HR practices.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and a collaborative, hands-on mindset.
- Fluency in English; German is a strong advantage.
