Your tasks

• In this exciting role, you will provide operational support to the Key Account Manager in day-to-day business
• You will process price applications, calculations and prepare convincing offers
• The coordination of new product launches from the start of development to market entry is also part of your remit
• You play an active role in sales and action planning and ensure smooth implementation with all relevant interfaces
• You will implement tenders independently, including all internal steps such as project applications, sample coordination or article systems
• You plan and control pre-orders and delivery quantities and keep an eye on data quality
• Attending, preparing for and following up on customer appointments and internal meetings
• You reliably manage administrative processes such as returns, credit notes and complaints
• You support team decisions with your analyses and reports
• You ensure that prices, EANs and Base data are maintained correctly
• You confidently represent the Key Account Manager Seafood/Discounter
