Your tasks

  • Take responsibility for your products - from the idea to successful implementation and further development in the life cycle
  • Develop market-oriented concepts based on consumer, market and competitor analyses - and implement them together with internal and external partners
  • Manage interdisciplinary projects and work closely with marketing, sales, purchasing, production, quality assurance and external agencies, among others
  • Interact between idea and implementation, including briefings, artwork approvals, packaging design and product promotion
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, purchasing, production and external agencies, Quality assurance and external agencies
  • Being the interface between idea and implementation - including briefings, artwork approvals, packaging design and product claims
  • Keeping an eye on the market and product range and developing strategies that combine consumer needs and company goals
  • In-depth analysis of KPIs and costs and deriving clear recommendations for action from this
  • Introducing new product ideas and actively contributing to the team's culture of innovation
