주요업무(Key Responsibilities)

• 열교환기(Heat Exchangers) 서비스, 트러블슈팅 및 시운전 수행, 고객 현장에서 제품 유지보수 및 경미한 수리 수행
• 고객 현장의 기술적 문제 분석 및 해결 지원 및 고객 요청사항 및 후속 조치(Follow-up) 관리
• 신속한 서비스 수행을 위한 작업 사전 준비 및 계획 수립

• 현장 서비스 리포트 작성 및 고객 확인 서명 확보, 서비스 수행 내역 및 관련 정보를 IT 시스템에 업데이트

• 안전 수칙 준수 및 사고/위험 요소 보고, 지속적인 개선 활동 수행
• 고객 현장의 Installed Base 파악 및 영업 기회 발굴 후 영업 조직과 공유, 고객 대상 예비 부품(Spare Parts) 구매 제안
• 필요 시 Service Center 내 서비스 업무 수행

자격요건(Qualifications)

• 전문대학 졸업 이상 또는 이에 상응하는 자격 보유자
• 유효한 운전면허증 및 무사고 운전 경력 보유자
• 야외 근무 및 출장(업무의 70% 이상) 가능자
• 중급 수준 이상의 영어 커뮤니케이션 가능자
• 고객 대응이 가능하며 책임감과 원활한 커뮤니케이션 역량을 보유한 자

우대사항(Preferred Qualifications)

• 열교환기(Heat Exchangers) 관련 경험 보유자
• HVAC, 정유(Refinery), 석유화학(Petrochemical), 철강 및 COG, 펄프·제지(Pulp & Paper), 조선/해양(Marine), Oil & Gas 산업 경험 보유자
• 필드 서비스 엔지니어(Field Service Engineer) 경력 2~3년 이상 보유자
• 외향적이고 적극적인 성향을 보유한 자
